Murray put it together much better than Barker/Macklin. He took risks where the other guys didn't.Comment

I think Murray fought a smart game plan in the beginning. High guard, and was probably respectful of Sergios counter punching. I thought that he would have to go for broke early, and try to hurt him early, but that wasn't the case.
Murray gained a fan tonight.Comment

I think its a case where Murray landed the more eye-catching shots that stick in your memory.
At times I'm sure people on here don't score jabs or bodyshots.
It was a close fight, Murray and his fans may feel a little hard done by and understandably but it wasn't a 'robbery'
I'd understand a little more I think if the scorecards was shockingly wide but they seemed to indicate more or less the fight I seen.Comment

i don't have a huge problem with martinez getting the decision. it was a close fight. he looked like sh#t, though. we've got to be realistic. he's 38, and has a very athletic style. he won't be on top forever.
now that he's experienced he's developed the tricks and the craftiness to survive when his athleticism lets him down, but eventually he's going to press on the pedal and nothing will be there.
golovkin knocks him out inside of eight rounds.Comment

the 12th was all murray. look where the punches are landing. martinez's on murray's gloves. murray's on martinez's face. the crowd screaming really loud shouldn't influence anything but it does.Comment

At BEST it was 6-6 and should of went to Murray because of the KD. At BEST for Martinez. how was that NOT a robbery?
Yes it was a close fight, but i dont think it could have "gone either way." Murray clearly won that fight, IMO.Comment
