Like I said it isn't his fault he makes them look like sparring matches...... Err..yes you can. His career is clearly marked and scarred by the glaring absences on his resume. I cant think of another so called ATG fighter that has managed to either avoid completely or fight when no longer a force other fighters than Floyd. For 17 years in the game and with very little damage/wear and tear, 43 fights is ridiculous. You love the guy, I get it, but to boxing fans and sports fans in general he just isnt as good or accomplished as you flojobs like to think.

so you're saying it's NOT his fault he's never had a prime match? i mean didnt dlh fight prime fighters like trinidad, vargas, quartey, hopkins and so on? same thing with trinidad.. chavez sr.. even jr went after maravilla.. canelo just took on trout.. donaire took on rigindoux.. i mean even pac has taken some risk.. marquez (just cause he's got his number) bradley.. clottey (who was a joke).. mosley.. all warriors.. all in it for legacy and fights that the fans (who you may not know pay their purses, by buying the bull**** he sells).. vargas went after top dogs.. i can go on forever.. ali.. hagler.. tyson.. they're all legitimate prime performers vs actual comp!

I dont worry about floyd being forgotten. Fighters that transcend the sport are not forgotten.
