pac was knocked out unconscious back in december and was advised by doctors to not fight until september...he made the right choice of not fighting right away for his own health.

I'm sure Pacquiao is butt hurt that no one wants to fight him. He's just quickly becoming irrelevant right now. No one has turned him down before and for someone who's used to being worshipped he's hurt right now.
