How's it possible that Mayweather and Canelo are both holding a WBA Super Champ Belt?

WBA currently lists Floyd Mayweather Jr as the WBA Super-Welterweight "Super" World Champion. Prior to the Trout/Canelo fight, WBA listed Austin Trout as the WBA Super-Welterweight World Champion.

After Canelo beat Austin Trout, he was Awarded the WBA Super-Welterweight "Super" world Champion belt..... a title that Floyd Mayweather Jr has held since he defeated Cotto...

Therefore, there are TWO champions with the same title/belt.
Trout beat Cotto worse and Canelo beat Trout. Canelo is more deserving of the Title. Floyd and his paper titles.

The only rankings that matter? that website hasn't got Wladimir as the champion! and out of all the divisions wlad is the lineal champ and one title away from undisputed championship yet they have rigo as a champ? i dont get that.

Simple - Floyd is the WBA super welterweight champion, Canelo is the WBA junior middleweight champion.

Because Wlad and Vitali haven't fought, that to me is a perfectly legitimate reason as to why Wlad isn't totally undisputed as the champ at Heavyweight, even if Vitali is starting to slip. Arguing one way or another about it is getting into subjective territory, whereas objectively, the no.1 and no.2 of the division since 2008 haven't fought eachother
