I don't think it is Robert Garcia's to train donaire over the phone. My guess Donaire has been acting like a diva and called the shots on how he wanted to train and Garcia had to go along with it. it was all worerking OK until he fought a PHENOM in the form of Rigondeaux who would have beaten ANY VERSION of Donaire that turned up.

Donaire's trainer lives in Oxnard. If Donaire won't go to his trainer's gym to train, you can't knock Garcia. ****, even Pacquiao comes over from another country to train at the Wildcard.

The Hunter suggestion is good in that they both stay in the bay area. If he ain't gonna travel, thats a good choice.

Goosen isn't my first choice. Nonito needs to learn how to hold-n-hit like Ward, that's why he should get Virgil to train him.

The fact is that Robert Garcia put the training camp of Brandon Rios ahead of working with Nonito. Training him over the phone is ******ed.

Time to get a new trainer. Maybe Freddie Roach is available.

He won't go to Oxnard, but you want him to train in LA? If Nonito knew Brandon had a fight 2 weeks before his fight, he should've made the sacrifice and trained in SoCal, the only fact here is that he overlooked Rigo and paid the price.

Nonito is the better fighter and the bigger star. Garcia should have made him a priority but we now know where his preferences lie.

I'm glad Rigo put a end to this diva and his excuses keep coming. Donaire thought he was the next Pacquiao after beating Vic Darchinyan years ago but after beating Vic he went out the midget world tour and beat up on some old war horses. During that whole time he never became a star and all of his fights were empty crowds.

Exactly!!! The people on this board are worse than ***ing fighters after they lose a fight. If Muhammed Ali fought in the modern era they would of called for Angelo Dundee to be fired as soon as he got his first loss.

Nonito wins multiple championships in diffrent divisions but loses one fight to the most boring points fighter in the world this side of Mayweather and it's Garcia's fault LOL!

Also everyone saying he should go with with Virgil Hunter shut the *** up! Ive see you guys say the same things you say about Hunter when Brother Nazeem was hot, when Roach was hot, and when Garcia was hot. As soon as a Virgil Hunter fighter loses you will call for him to be replaced to. Shut the *** up P ussies!

His preference lies in training fighters in Oxnard, you just don't get it. If Khan and Pacquiao can come from overseas just to train, why can't Nonito drive or fly a couple hours to train with his trainer?
