JMM, Canelo and Floyd fighting on Sep 14 - Canelo is smart!

So there is JMM vs Bradley fighting, which a lot of people will buy. Floyd has ran out of Mexicans and pay per view draws, so he either fights Canelo or he fights Alexander. Canelo on the other hand can fight Cotto.

    JMM vs Bradley
    Canelo vs Cotto
    Floyd vs Alexander

Which one would you buy? I'll flip a coin for the first two.

Canelo pretty much is trying to dictate to Floyd to fight him on Sep 14 or else his pay per view numbers will take a hit. That's a bold move, let's see if Golden Boy will carry two pay per views cause if they refuse Canelo might do one on his own. Also if Floyd happens to lose to Guerrero, then Canelo will fight him.

Alvarez won't get his own PPV if Mayweather fights on the 14th. He'd have to fight Mayweather to fight on that night, unless he goes back to the undercard.

Has there ever been two/three PPVs on the same date?

Alvares isn't going to Mayweather's undercard and if he fights Cotto, it's gonna be on pay per view. He can even fight a nobody on free television in the U.S. and collect money from international tv right and gate.

If Mayweather fights on September 14th, Alvarez isn't headlining any PPV that same night. Simple as that.

Two I believe yes, three no, but there is a chance that UFC might have a fight card on that date as well, so imagine all the chaos. I think it's a power move by Canelo. First you have JMM, now Canelo. It's crazy because Floyd doesn't have credible opponents. He won't reach a million with Devon, that's for sure.
Also if Guerrero has a close fight with May, Canelo might still fight him. Again, I find this move very strategic.

I don't think Canelo settles for an undercard slot anymore. He is no longer an undercard fighter. According to The Ring's own rules, Canelo is The Ring 154 Champion. He's The Ring/WBC/WBA champion, undefeated, draws big crowds and viewer numbers. He's not an undercard fighter anymore. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Out of those fights, for me the most intriguing is JMM vs Bradley. I think Canelo vs Cotto would get the most PPV's though.

Floyd vs Alexander isn't that appealing to be honest.

H isnt headlining any ppvs and hes not fighting on any networks. Showrime wont put on two shows to cut their profits and hbo won't work with gbp, and even if that changes, gbp wouldn't split its profits either. If maywather fights, canelo will be fighting him or he will be fighting at another date
