    Arum is one cerebral guy

Now Floyd Mayweather already had 9/14 on reserve so why would you kill your ppv dollars by placing Marquez vs Bradley the same night?
Maybe because you don't want them to do well. Remember the obstacle to a 5th Pac fight is the split.
So if JMM sells anything above 600k Arum will have to fork over probably just that.
This is Arum's way of making sure that JMM/Bradley winner has little if any negotiation leverage.
Maybe I'm thinking too much but it seems that way to me because if Floyd fights a decent opponent they have no hope.

jmm/bradley is a better fight than floyd/alexander, so most boxing fans will buy jmm/bradley.

the winner will fight pac regardless

My guess is from 6 total Floyd fights ill be buying 0. Cherry picks aren't interesting. I'll buy Marquez vs desert storm.

Credit for what? If you wrote a post similar to mine I didn't read it.

            Which fight would you choose?

            Bradley vs Marquez

            or

            Mayweather vs Alexander

            That's a no brainer.

Arum's mind is still razor sharp and he's always thinking a couple of steps ahead of most people, who knows what he is really playing at but you can be sure he knows the big picture at the end he's heading towards

Floyd could fight a garbage man and he would outsell JMM-Bradley, that's just a fact.

So far only dates have been reserved obviously nothing is final. Floyd has a fight in May that he'll need to win first and what if he gets cut, hurts his hands etc? The nerve of Arum!
