If he murders Pauli I don't think it hurts his career at all only help if u askin me .....guerroro went up to fight a whack as berto.....and that out him "over the top" why not the same for broner?

Sometimes, people just don't like an douchebag.
Broner for a 23 Year Older Fighter? Has a Damn Good Resume AT HIS AGE! Dude was in the ring with a guys like Ponce De Leon at the age up 19-20 years old (regardless if you thought he lost that fight)

Broner so far is backing up his trash talking and he is doing it in impressive fashion but yeah with the trash talking comes even higher expectations from Fans because they want to see him lose so bad they are going to want to see him against people THEY THINK can defeat him

Still pretty young for his first big test regardless and especially against a crafty veteran and smart fighter like Ponce

I have no problem with Broner or his persona. I tend to care less what fighters say and focus almost exclusive on what they do. So far Broner looks like a significant asset to the sport of boxing. He's quickly becoming a big name, and he seems to be interested in fighting other big name fighters.

If, however, he stops wanting to fight the best fighters in the world, and instead tries to simply sell himself in each and every fight, I will lose interest in Broner with a quickness.

I respect fighters that understand that boxing is an entertainment business.

You don't get it! Oscar did not indicate what weight he would come in at for Pac so your comment is lame as hell with 20/20 hindsight. And Pauli could not even impress against Cano and was also beaten by that same Hatton that Floyd busted up. Give it up, comparing Broner's cherry picking of Pauli does NOT compare to Pac taking on 2 guys, one of which was HUGELY favored to beat him. Pauli would have to be HUGELY favored to beat Broner to compare here. You have no point at all.

You still don't get it! Pac taking on Oscar who was HUGELY favored to be him is NOT the same as Broner cherry picking Pauli who HE is hugely favored to beat! That is the OPPOSITE! NO ONE saw Oscar as a cherry pick by Manny and the odds showed that! Your ability to discern obvious differences is borderline ******ed.

WHether you think Broner is scum is fine. Regarding my post-he and froch both talk trash so if its acceptable when froch does it it should be acceptable when broner does it. The difference between how they do it is nothing more than a reflection of where they grew up , whom they associated with, and how they as a group "play the dozens" with one another.
"Trying to get in the head of an opponent???? Man you are grabbing at straws! He wasn't even addressing the opponent, he called Mexicans Wet-backs, he didn't call his opponent a Wet-Back!! And going down on a stripper, etc., is relevant because that is another part of his ***ed up character. Again, Froch talks and backs it up fighting the BEST!! Broner talks SHT and then signs to fight a guy EVERY TOP FIGHTER AT 135/140/147 would be favored to beat!!! HUGE DIFFERENCE!!
