marquez and canelo have had words in the past, he did not say it in a demeaning manner, he just simply stated a fact. He has to fight consistent top level opposition to be considered elite, if anything he is helping canelo by still pushing him. You have so many followers that you start to believe your own shyt does not stink, fighters have to push themselves and also be pushed by the people around them, a fighter has to have some type of edge or something to prove to be able to deliver night in and night out. You have to beat the top guys in your division is all he was saying, and for people to be blinded by the light you guys will be the main contributors to his down fall, Canelo really impressed me, trout could not land the big ones on him at all - I was calling Canelo soul brother #1 after that performance, he was swimming without getting wet - lol
