he concentrates on how much somebody else is getting paid opposed to how much he’s actually getting paid.

so basically Floyd's ego is attached to money. In his world, it's unacceptable for his opponent to take too big a slice of the pie

On whether Floyd ducked fighting Manny Pacquiao: “Yes,” he said without hesitation. “For two reasons: he concentrates on how much somebody else is getting paid opposed to how much he’s actually getting paid. He does clarify that Floyd isn’t afraid of Pacquiao or any fighter for that matter.
If Mr. Cent is to be believed, that's just outright weird.

I hope you guys know this is old as hell, in all fairness Manny should have just took the fight in 09 when Floyd excepted 50/50 and only wanted rbt. Floyd ego is big as hell, he will never cave to Manny now especially after what happened to him. I hope Manny comes back though I miss the old Manny he just ain't been the same after cotto

look, doesn't matter if Pac accepted 50/50... floyd would've came up with something else to stop the fight

Maybe you're right but Manny should have called his bluff. I know I would have he had nothing to lose.

pac did call his bluff on everything, but floyd kept moving the goal posts.

Not true... if you go back Roach said he wasn't ready and bob declined. I never thought Manny was scared of Floyd or vice verse I honestly think it's all politics. Only problem I have with manny is the fact a few years ago he was a free agent he could have took that moment to make the Floyd fight on his own, like Cotto did with Mayweather and Mayweather did with Oscar instead he signed back with bob which ultimately killed the fight.

Well...when Mayweather offered Pacuiao $40 mill and no PPV, MannyP straight back, on the same call, offered Mayweather $50 mill and no PPV....... That finished the call.
