I hope they make the fight, would be curious to see how it plays out. Lets see how Maravilla looks in his next fight though.. Those were some serious injuries he sustained and he's not getting any younger.

I'd like to see it, but I doubt Golden boy is ready to move him up to 160. In a couple more years, Chavez Jr. will probably have out grown that weight and Martinez will be shot or retired. Until then, they want Floyd.

Plus, this will most likely not happen.. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Sergio say he'll only fight on HBO? Unless he backtracks on that statement the chances of this fight being made is slim considering GB's commitment to Showtime.

He has a 3 fight contract with HBO than he's a free agent he should do that by early next year, Sergio-Canelo would be a huge PPV and considering he wanted to fight Mayweather at 150 for a payday he should fight on Showtime PPV if you are talking over 4 million which it should be.

Don't forget HBO helped cheat him out the belt for JCC Jr, this would be good payback.
