Trout doesn't have any power and he beat Cotto up pretty good. Cotto may not be able to make 147 anymore, but he's still a tiny 154lber.

Canelo will smash him up and definitely stop him. That's not an insult to Cotto at all, but that's where things are at right now in their careers. If they had fought when Cotto was a few years fresher back when they were both at 147, it would be a different story.

Cotto shouldn't take this fight. I know it's hard to say no to money and a chance at more glory, but I think he should do something like fight the winner of Smith-Molina as a farewell and then retire. He beat Margarito, he gave Mayweather a good fight, there's nothin left to prove.
