Floyd's not fighting Berto or Maidana....seriously. Devon may have happened if he beat Brook, but if Floyd fights him it'll be to collect a title. I think he fights Peterson, if Lamont beats Lucas. He'd be the best at 140.

The funny thing is the Floyd haters want him to fight someone like Maidana or Khan, instead of good fights against top ranked contenders from 140-147. Just so they can talk crap about him on here.

Well to be honest.....as a Mayweather fan, I thought Trout would have been the tougher fight for Floyd. We'll see though. After watching both fight each other, I'm fully convinced even though both are over 20 lbs bigger than Floyd, Floyd beats both.

Canelo can't take off 2:30 a round, land 2-3 significant punches, fight with his hands down, and beat Mayweather.

not sure most of floyds recent opponents have come off of big wins that they looked great in canelo had a big win but to most didn't look great so we will see

If it's a slow paced pot shot fight, Canelo might not win a round.

Canelo's only shot to beat Floyd is imposing his 20 lb weight advantage and cornering Floyd all fight. He will not beat Floyd "boxing". I find it laughable people think that.

I dont think canelo will beat Mayweather in a 100% boxing match but I do think he will use his explosive ness to force mayweather to work and I doubt mayweather can hurt canelo, so mayweather will be forced to box 100% of the fight while not being able to hurt him so at any moment Canelo wants to turn it up he can with out no consequences other then losing the round, he wont have to worry about floyd hurting him at all.

I saw an Article somewhere where they said Floyd might fight Alexander next if he wins his next fight. Now that Brook is out Alexander will most likely have an easy night with the replacement. If he calls out Mayweather, expect them to fight next

Arguably. After re-watching, it's not a robbery. It's really a fight where one person favoring one thing could get on a roll with the rounds. It was a close fight.

And Floyd and Trout are two different fighters....Trout really just used his jab, and isn't nearly as accurate as Floyd. He can't fight that way and beat Mayweather. Castillo, the only guy who came close to beating Floyd, I had him winning the first fight by a point, fought 100% hard for 12 rounds. Canelo gasses after 4 rounds.

That is why I think Floyd has a very good chance of beating Canelo at this point in time. Canelo is still on a learning curve and has terrible stamina issues. If that was Floyd and he knew that he was losing, Canelo would pay .... so Canelo better get that thing fixed FAST!!!

It may have something to do with going down to 154 then back up to 170+. People are more worried for Floyd than realizing that it may be hurting Canelo.

He needs someone of Hispanic descent to maximize profits because he fights on Mexican holidays. All the top ranked Hispanics around 147 and 140 are with Top Rank, that pretty much leaves Matthysse and Maidana. I would say Abregu but he just signed with Top Rank too.

This is where you fans lose me. If he fights Devon it will be to collect a title? That fight should not even be made. Bradley beat Alexander very decisively.
