Respect to you my brother. Canelo sowed something he never did before. He doesn't fight everyone the same. He adjusts to his opponent. He's only 22 but fights like he's a veteran nothing to hate about this kid.

trout's a tough nut to crack. he just beat miguel cotto. he was a big 154 lb southpaw who was in his prime.

both gusy fought the best guy they'd been in the ring with. i wouldn't say either looked like a bad fighter, only that they were in a more difficult fight in which to look good.

if alvarez is in there with somebody who wants to trade he will trash them. and if trout is in i nthere with basically any other 154 lber on the planet he'll have a good time boxing.

floyd mayweather would give up a lot of weight, but he beats both.

Well that's the thing....Trout didn't look at that great either. Certainly not as good as he did in the Cotto fight. But Canelo looked like s**t too a lot of times, and stamina was shot after 4 rounds.

I knew after 4 rounds when Al Berstein talked about what the judges had, that Trout needed to wine very single second of every round, not get touched by anything at all, or knock Canelo out, to win.

I'm with you. He did what he had to do to beat an excellent fighter in trout. It's hard to hit trout with combinations so canelo wen't for the home run hitters. Canelo would give floyd major problems. Mayweather fights nothing like trout who throws non-stop. He will let canelo fight a slow pace and canelo size, power, timing will give floyd hell probably beat him.

Surprising to see you speak these words, when there are a lot of the Canelo haters trying to claim Trout was robbed. I thought Canelo clearly won and looked good. Props to you Bro!

                Kudos to you, Bushbaby.

In fairness, this year's fights have mostly been upsets and I've gotten most wrong. I had Price over Thompson, Donaire over Rigondeaux, and Trout over Alvarez. The only one I got right was Fury over Cunningham, and I thought that would be by decision.

Mark my words, sig it, whatever. If Floyd Mayweather is the same guy he was in 2011-2012 against Ortiz and Cotto, he will beat Canelo's ass the second half of that fight. You can't beat Mayweather taking off 2: 30 a round, landing 2-3 eye catching punches, because the rest of the round Floyd is landing eye catching punches.

In the words of Roger Mayweather.....Floyd will ring tap that ass down the stretch. You can't gas out after 4 rounds, and not fight hard the entire fight, to beat Mayweather. Castillo fought hard every second of every round against Floyd, gave him no room to breathe.

Canelo clearly won the fight, he landed the harder shots, made Trout miss, was more accurate with his punches, and found a way to win against an excellent southpaw.

Trout also deserves a lot of credit he took away many elements of Canelo's game, by not letting him get on the inside to land his money shot left hook to the body and stopped him from getting his combinations going.

Besides canelos stamina issue, I disagree with him looking like ****. Both are good fighters, and weren't able to have their way with eachother.
