Canelo Alvarez is an excellent fighter.

Yup, I'm here to eat my crow. He showed great skill last night. More than I thought he had. His power was there, His speed, timing and head movement was on point. What's crazy was his combination punching wasn't. However Canelo had the skill to stick with a marvelous gameplan.

Now all that's left is for Canelo/Floyd to happen. And true to myself, I'll ride with the Ginger if it gets made. Cong**** on a job well done kid!!

Was impressed with the improvement of his defense, specifically his head movement. My knock on him ATM would be his stamina.

But yeah, he's a good and game fighter, ready for anyone. Not saying he would beat mayweather, but its time for that fight, and it will be a hell of a fight

BTW, I'm having trouble paying my bets. Can someone lend a hand on the way to do so. When I try to donate the 1st 50 billion I owe, it only gave 55.00. Like 4 times a tried. A hand please, thanks in advance.

See, I still disagree Bush, it's funny.

His stamina is shot after 4 rounds, he took off 2/3 of almost every round. While Trout wasn't terribly accurate, Canelo was terribly active and got out worked a lot of times.

Good on you Bushbaby, credit where it's due to Alvarez.

I was a fan of Canelo before the fight, but he proved me wrong too, I didn't think he was as good as he is and picked Trout to win.

            A poor mans Manny Pac

He stands a punchers chance against anyone, however lack of combos, poor stamina, average defence, he'll have some trouble against the likes of Lara, i'd even fancy Trout beating him in a rematch

Last night was his chance to show how good he was and it was underwhelming to say the least

try making the payments without commas. i've done it myself.

after the comma it just omits the zeros.

Regardless of who ever anyone thought won the fight......I don't see how anyone saw Canelo make a statement??? He didn't look all that great to me, and neither did Trout. I don't know...

close fight. good fight. both guys will be around for a long time. trout's footspeed gave him a lot of problems, but he was able to slip much of his offense and do a measure of damage with his power.

Which potentially isn't a knock on anyone. Maybe Trout is just a great boxer?
