Pound-for-pound, Pac destroys Canelo easily at his peak.

However, Pacquiao isn't a 154 lber, the only time he fought there was against a past prime Margarito (And that was at a catch weight). Although Pac dominated that fight, Marg did hurt him to the body if I remember correctly. And Canelo is a better fighter now than Margarito was then... not the easy destruction job some people are making out, when you consider the size and strength of the two at 154.

It's a pretty pointless question though really. Pac is obviously the greater fighter, and at his best was clearly better than Canelo.

Manny loses this one. Granted "Perfect Manny" was a beast, but he still had some flaws with his boxing technique that Alvarez can exploit, like lunging when he punches. Alvarez is turning into a counter puncher it seems and those big shots of his will hit Manny similar to Marquez. Also, Canelo's defense has improved tremendously. Don't think this will turn into Pac vs. Maragarito, he won't be there to get hit like Margarito.. And when he lands flush, oh boy!

Pac by KO round 4. Really though, I think Pac would tag him pretty good for a few rounds until Canelo trapped him along the ropes and beat him like a drum. Canelo by KO.....might happen in the first round, might be in the 5th but I feel it would be like a mosquito stinging a rhino.
