I don't agree with people saying Canelo's style is tailor made for Pacquiao. Actually I think it's quite the opposite. I see Canelo as a guy who loves to counterpunch with big, heavy punches. He likes when hiss opponent open up and throw punches so he can land these big heavy counters. Pac is exactly the type of fighter who likes to open up and come at you, often off-balance, this is why I think the ginger would have a really good chance to beat him.

Canelo has a deadly right hand counter, he will just time Pacman and crack him, that punch he landed on Trout would have knocked PAcman out cold again, Trout has a strong chin and he got wobbled bad, that shows you the power Canelo possesses
