interestingFirst of all, I didn't care who won the Canelo-Trout bout. 2ndly, based on what I have been seeing and did see last night, Canelo is not in Floyd's league skill wise, speed wise, intelligence wise, accuracy wise, footwork wise, agility wise, and STAMINA wise. (that's a lotta wises lol).
3rdly, with that being said, If I'm Mayweather, bring on Canelo because this will be an easy, HUGE, MEGA payday for Floyd, and GoldenBoy as well.
Last night, Oscar spoke at great length about how to unlock the "Mayweather Code" with the jab. Grant it, ODLH did have great success with his jab for the 1st half of the fight until Floyd adjusted and ODLH gassed out. The problem with ODLH advice is that Canelo's jab is not great.
Last night Canelo was having difficulty closing the gap/distance and landing the jab consistantly because Trout was creating distance with his decent footwork and decent circling skills. Not one notable time did Canelo trap Trout and **** out his body like he did against lesser opponents. So, how in the HELL can ODLH and/or Canelo expect to be a challenge for Floyd?
Answer: Canelo is not a challenge for Floyd.Comment

Continue to follow that blueprint, Oscar. He says Mayweather next, but they'll be in negotiations with Cotto here soon.
Canelo is big and strong, but Floyd is not as easy to hit as Trout. And for all of the training Saul does, his stamina is ****.
Right now at this moment, Floyd beats Canelo despite the weight advantage.Comment

If Floyd doesn't fight Canelo next if he beats Guerrero who else is out there for him ? that's the only fight that makes sense. Marquez does'nt deserve a rematch with Floyd after his horrible performance the first outing, Bradley is not a really big draw to sell tickets, he already said he'll never fight Broner because they're butt-buddies, the only fighter left is Canelo, and after this win Vs Trout he earned his shot.
say what you want but that Canelo right hand is a missile and his defense has greatly improved, if he touches Floyd is lights out. but I got a feeling Floyd will duck this fight.Comment
