How can you throw 300 less punches, land 30 less punches, fight hard for 25-30% of the fight, land 2-3 significant punches a round.....and win the fight clearly???

Seriously....I can't understand what people were watching. Who controlled the pace most all of the rounds, Trout. Even the round he was knocked down, he out fought Canelo the rest of the round.

Delusional fanboys and casuals. There is no way Trout lost that fight. Even if he said he lost to a better man, that doesn't mean he really felt that way. He knew he was down even after winning rounds decisively. He had plenty of time to think about it and just say **** it. Does a DLH guy ever lose via decision? I mean seriously.

When I'm sparring, a guy throwing bombs where 2-3 land is significantly easier to deal with than a guy who's throwing in bunches. I can roll with the big shots, the combinations halt movement a lot better. The guy who also throws in bunches can also set up more ways to knock you out. Just some food for thought.

That's what is saw but Canelo's few shots were bombs. Tough fight to score. Easy to get on a roll on style preference. No issue with outcome. Just that one score.

Trout kept missing! Never hurt canelo! Was on the bike tried to jab but kept mossing! When he landed little patty cakes, Canelo walked forward! Trout lost, HE even admitted it ! I don't understand what people were watching. I guess the overwhelming majority of people think landing 2-3 clean punches means you can take off the other 2: 30 of the round and win it.

Even if Canelo made Trout miss a lot, he still landed jabs on Canelo often and out worked him.

Canelo's punch output is s**t and his conditioning is awful.
