Some of the folks in here are pathetic..even Trout isn't making an excuse and conceeded he lost the fight.. Yeah the scores were wide but the man knew he didn't win the fight himself and that's what matters. Ya'll are doing Trout a great disservice by being in here whining when he himself won't.

They key phrase here is "a close fight". That 118-109 Was garbage and it influenced the way Trout fought from there out.

It's called RING GENERALSHIP. He controlled the ring and dictated the entire fight. He defended when he wanted to with bob & weaving and he landed when he wanted to. To overcome that, Trout would have to be outlanding by double margins because I didn't see him land ****, despite the compubox.

Very hard to listen to these commentators force feeding certain boxers to the viewers or masses. Mentioning only certain punches thrown by one boxer that are clearly missing shots at that and absurdly missing the punches landed by the other fighter...

Really is a shame...
