Sweet science includes all aspects and styles. But these guys love to own the word for slick or super defensive boxers only.
it's because they a front runner fan's. How many boxers are actually successfull using that slick style? Right now it's 3 measly fighters out of all the boxers in all the weight classes. For every Adrian Broner there are 20 Malinagi's.

It's definitely an acquired taste of style..

I'm more of a boxer/puncher fan..but when I watch Hopkins, Mayweather, Ward and now Rigo completely shut down/out elite boxers it makes me appreciate the smarts these men bring to the ring...

Even when sparring myself I think of them and how impressive it is to dish out shots and pick someone apart while barely even being touched..it makes me really appreciate their style and ring IQ

Boxing Hipster's lol, they do try to act like they are better than everyone else. I prefer to be entertained when I pay money to watch a boxing match, does that make me a casual fan? Guess so, does it matter? No.

Sweet Pea is one of my faves growing up, I love defensive boxers who can slip duck and make you miss but COUNTER you back often. Rigo has the tools but in his fight with Nonito he didn't dare to be great, and will be forgotten with only the few eltists years later writing mythical stories about how he was the most avoided so it makes them seem more knowledgeable on boxing history. mainly back stepped all night, ohhhhh he kept Nonito at distance with his right hand has a measure stick and his right foot in front without throwing many counters!!!!! yipppie!

Not trying to hurt someone? I don't know about you but I think round 12 is a perfect example of how you hurt a fighter.

I was on a forum that is more pro action fights and the people were saying Rigo was running and Bit fighting, I'm sorry but those aren't fans, I've seen the other side where brawlers are called bums, neither of those group are fans.

ohhh here it is another but hurt Donaire fan! wow yes, that's me, even though I made multiple comments and threads dissing donaire and saying he has no fans.

yes I am a donaire fan, it must be true because your paranoid prejudice fan boy rigo supporting mind thinks anyone who didnt like rigo is a donaire fan.

get a life dude don't reply unless you read the entire first post.
