One of the biggest misconceptions about a fight on this site, that Mayweather whitewashed Castillo in the rematch.
Respectfully I disagree. You could say its bias but I believe floyd won 10-2 or 11-1. Maybe if I watched it again I might change.

I think the difference between are opinions rests in what type of fight we like. SInce I am more of a "skills guy" and a floyd fan I'm sure I give floyd all the close rounds. Perhaps thats not fair. But I honestly thought floyd dominted him to such a degree that this fight propelled him up the p4p lists.

IMO out of 24 rounds fought the most anyone can give castillo is 9 ( 7-5 and 2-10)and the fewest is 6 or 7 (5-7 and 1-11).

I do think that's the best win of his career, and is somewhat overshadowed by the controversy over the first fight. That he went out and clearly beat, and in the opinion of others dominated, a guy that gave him such trouble in the first fight deserves more attention and respect. Castillo was no joke.

I am scared by receiving that donkey award from a guy filled with bad reputation. You are not funny at all.

Although you would think floyd fans wouldn't want to talk about pacquiao seen as tho floyd would not fight him. All rejoicing now that Marquez chinned him but it will always be there that floyd didn't have the bollocks to fight him.
#boxing follower, Pacquiao didn't fight a prime Margarito. Margarito had already been KO'ed badly by Mosley and had been in too many wars.

everyone brings up castillo for obvious reasons but lets not forget he got stomped the 2nd fight. using the castillo 1 fight blue print would get you no where now

you know your a beast when your haters hold on to a fight that could of gone either way as the dent in your armor a fight from 2002 that had a rematch anyway that floyd won rather easy.

                      It was a jokey joke.

All jokes aside, the best way IMO to beat floyd is to change how you fight every 3-4 rounds. Floyd in the boxing ring is "book smart". every person who is "book smart" tends to think too much. You want to make floyd keep thinking and figuring what to do if you cant just KHTFO.

As long as he is forced to think and rethink his defense, he cant plan his offense. Even though he wins the majority of rounds, floyd loses the most rounds during the 1st 3-4 when he is figuring out an opponent.

Seems logical that you change the question once you see he's figured out the answer. I'm not saying its easy.
