I can't consider a win for a fighter if I'm 100% sure that it wasn't a deserved victory. Clear recent examples are Williams vs Lara, Bradley vs Pacquiao, Abril vs Rios.
If Bradley struggles against Marquez but gets the decision in a close fight then that's ok, I would count it as a victory. On the other hand if Bradley clearly loses against Marquez but gets the victory then for me he has to go down in the rankings.
As I've said I'm not moving Bradley down on the rankings for barely beating Provodnikov because it was a close fight, but I'm not moving him up either because Provodnikov wasn't the best opponent and barely beating a guy who is clearly limited doesn't do a lot of good for you as a Top 15 or 20 P4P fighter.
If Bradley had beaten Pacquiao in a close fight then he would definitely be in my top 10 P4P list, but the truth is that he didn't win that fight and that's the only reason for me to rank him as top 15 and not top 10.
We have a different way of making a list..Mine is based on fact, who you beat, when you beat them, how you beat them..Bradley was a top 6 P4P fighter bro..He has done nothing to get off the list..Based off of fact..

But like you said,it's an opinionated list..So have at it..
