It's sad really, I'm so disgusted with what The Ring has degenerated to that I haven't even had the will to crack open any of the last 6 issues. They sent me a subscription renewal and it went right into the shredder.

They need to just go ahead and rename the damn rag Golden Boy Magazine. I'm done with them.

ring's p4p ratings went full ****** after manny got ko'ed....donaire should still be top ten, but broner, bradley and guerrero don't belong...replace these 3 with mares, rigo and froch and i'll be a happy camper...

broner - hasn't done **** that can remotely been seen as p4p worthy

guerrero - hasn't really done anything that is p4p worthy either..he beat berto who wasn't even ranked #10 at ww, he beat some relatively unknown come forward brawler named aydin who soon after lost to journeyman karass...so how really good was aydin to begin with?

bradley - prior to his robbery win of pac you could say was p4p but as of lately he hasn't looked p4p at all...he was outpointed against pac and most recently almost got put out by a guy that ring magazine ranked #10 at 140...

to me the whole whoring of the belts it's what killed them, the ring belt used to be a very prestigious title because of how hard it was to get one.
now it looks like by the end of the year all divisions will have a champ, how much long till they start charging fees?
