Floyd will be remembered as one of the best of this decade and craftsman at defense, but when his name comes up the question for why he didn't fight the top WW from 07-12 and even when he returned from that duck act retirement.

He was smart not to fight PW, Cotto at his best, Tony, Shane, and Pacman during that time when they were the elite WWs now he fights up and coming mediocre WW who have fought maybe once at WW or have never been to that division.
