Fighting a southpaw with an active jab like Trout, who can punch hard enough to get respect, is a lot different than fighting Josesito Lopez or a Shane Mosley who hadn't been a legit fight in like 2 years.

Canelo has become accustomed to simply walking down whoever he's fighting without having to worry much about what's coming back. As feather-fisted as some posters are making Trout seem, he's still a full-fledged LMW. Canelo's chin/punch resistance is still questionable imho.

Canelo's got power....but I think people overrate it just a bit after the Lopez fight, because the JWW/WW Lopez made Canelo's power look unreal. He still wasn't able to stop a completely shot Shane Mosley, who hadn't been a legit fight since Floyd in 2010.
