fark this ****. ppl don't give enuff credit to the donaire who trying to engage and make the fight. He is also a counter puncher but taking extra risk to make the fight more enjoyable.

Nonito, I've enjoyed a lot of your fights, and I've seen you make guys look silly, but tonight you LOST and now you're making yourself look silly saying you won. He didn't engage because he was smart enough not to fight into your strength, unfortunately you didn't have a plan B.

I can't agree with Donaire here..I also wanted him to win,but he was clearly beating..No question about..Great win for Rigo, and with only 11 pro bouts very impressive..

Sorry Donaire, no you didn't. If you threw more than practically 5 or 10 punches a round, and actually took a lot of licks to land your own then maybe you can have argument. Fact is, Donaire just wasn't busy enough. He followed Rigo around and got pot shotted and countered all night without offering or landing anything in return.

While it was an intriguing matchup on paper, it played out practically Marquez-Pacquiao style. 1 is the aggressor while the other stays at his comfort zone of counter punching and Donaire played right into Rigo's hands.

This dude must be having some concussion type issues.

Won the fight? Take away one punch on the break and he wouldn't have won a round.

Donaire did enough to win is like saying Chavez Jr did enough to decision Martinez. Rigo was too smart, too sharp and too good. Nonito couldn't crack the code all fight long. Many don't like Rigo because of his style but honest fight fans give credit where due, even if they don't feel they've been entertained.

he was put under pressure to take this fight, you could tell before when they would mention Rigo to him, Donaire would get rather irritated.
