Donaire too small right now... and wrong style... Donaire should stay away from slick counterpunchers for the forseeable future until he learns to grind down his opponents Ward-style

You reckon? You seen how many 1 punch K.Os Farenas has? He may have the most one punch power at 126-130
That guys power ain't to be fawked with as Gamboa found out.
The guy dropped Gamboa hard and rocked Uchiyama to his boots. Hes named ''Hammer fist'' for a reason.

There is no way Donaire hits as hard as the 130lb Farenas, not a chance. Regardless, Farenas has good speed, big power and a good chin....he got his ass beat and dropped a few times for good measure.

Guys still seemed fooled by Donaire. Yes, he hits hard againt guys with limited ability and movement, but he always has trouble with speed and movement. Gamboa wasn't at his best last time out after a long lay-off and in a new division, but he would brutalize Donaire, Mikey would too.

          So yeah, Gamboa stops him.

Gamboa by KO he's got way more power than Rigo the problem is his chin.
Maybe Nonito can land one lucky punch but Gamboa is just as fast as Rigo with more power like a midget Tyson.

Get real. Gamboa whoops this guy too easily. He's bigger, faster, and stronger. He'll KO Donaire within 6. And I'm a Donaire fan, it's just a mismatch. Maybe if Donaire fills out at the weight with a few fights, then I could see it, but to move up and face Gamboa is asking for a quick retirement.

@ people comparing Gamboa to Rigondeaux.

Gamboa is such a fundamentally flawed fighter; such flaws that have never been worked on and are still open for anyone who isn't a complete and utter dunce to see.He wouldn't do what Rigondeaux did because he's not capable of it.

donaire hits harder than gamboa and farenas. he would montiel gamoboa, farenas and mikey. people are underestimating his power cus he didnt ko rigo. rigo didnt get hit with a montiel left, he didnt get hit by an arce left **** he didnt even get hit by a mathebula left. he got kd with an overhand left from the southpaw stance and it was a no leverage arm punch kinda like mathebalu but on the cheeks/nose area. im telling you now if anyone decides to fight in the pocket with donaire they are getting ko'd.

I agree with everything but the Mikey part. Donaire would stop Garcia late after a failed intent of boxing by Mikey.

Everyone will call it a foty candidate and forget how Garcia "ran" for 11 rds.
