Of course he can i have been trying to keep my eye on him which is hard because there is very little film on him but he has made some ok heavyweights look bad or has knocked them out.

If he gets some good management he could easily be a top 15 guy, the guy can punch like a mule!

I believe he could very well be the best american HW at the moment. I'd pick to beat a lot of HW out there. Amir Mansour just needs to get his shot against a bigger name to he can prove himself. He would KO someone like Wilder....I think he's overlooked because of his age. Hew needs to keep his ass out of jail though.
