I was quick to the draw and voted Floyd because he's had more fights but thinking about Rigos amateur career and the fact this should have been the most difficult fight of his career and made it look pretty easy to win I think I'm gonna have to say Rigo.

Edit: Rigo just got 1 GREAT win, and Floyd's has a bunch of GOOD wins.
So Floyd dominating the number 5 overrall pound for pound fight in Corrales was tailor made? Dude never touched the canvass yet got dropped 5 times....GREAT win? When did Donaire become great? Rigo is damn good..but Floyd is a better fighter who has won in multiple weight classes

This thread and poll is an embarassment. Seriously.

Floyd was robbed so clearly in the Olympics that even the ref rose his hand when his opponent name was called. Floyd would of had a gold medal at the age of 18, but that's what happens when you get robbed.

I'm a fan of boxing ability, hence I am a fan of both fighters but I notice that everyone will use anything to bash Floyd. If you look at Floyd whole career you will see just how amazing he is and he is never one dimensional.

                Appreciate it.

Rigondeaux was not suppose to be touched by Donaire.. as Donaire tries to be a classic counter puncher but he has to fight in a rhythm. Rigondeaux is a patience safety first fighter, something Floyd did for so long, Floyd doesn't fight on a rhythm.. He makes slick adjustments.

Floyd's been a P4P boxer in 3 different decades. Guillermo has a ways to go yet. Did anyone see the Cordoba fight? It was bad for Guillermo

                      What do you guys think?
Wow, that is an awesome question. The reality, at least to me, is they are both the same. THey both possess the ability to actually box, counter, and move (at least the Former Mayweather-the late Mayweather has old legs now so is least likely to move for the full extent of the fight). Both are great at what they do.

If I had to choose a person, I think Rigo has a little more pop in his punches and apparently has some power behind it. Rigo also is MUCH fresher than Mayweather and finally Rigo has a little more fluidity in his movement than Mayweather.

                      Great Thread!
