Rigo did an awesome job on Donaire, but he basically did one thing well.....time Nonito with the left hand. Rigo didn't do much else because Nonito couldn't adjust and change his game plan. When he attacked and bum rushed Rigo, he dropped him.

I need to see more. Rigo controlled the pace, but at the same time he looks like he would not be cruising towards the end of the fight if there was aggresive pressure put on him, as well as someone to match the grabs and elbows he delivered. I think with sustained action, Rigo tires badly late.

I have to see Rigo at junior lightweight before I can say he matches Mayweather....and I don't even think May is as great a boxer as the world makes him out to be.

How does Mayweather have more pop? He has two stoppages in his last 8 or 9 fights and one of those came from a cheap shot (the other against a glass chinned 140 pounder moving up). Meanwhile Rigo has stopped the vast majority of his opponents (8/12) and Donaire is the first and only one he hasn't dropped.

I look dumb? lol Rigo was the underdog for a reason. FYI...i bet on Rigo to win. I took a sucker bet and won! Rigo > Floyd.
Donaire was the one who knew he couldn't slug it out with Rigo. He learned that on the first round with Rigo blasted him good. After that Donaire was gun shy until the last round when he got desperate then went back holding he shots. If Donaire would have opened up more he would have been stopped even while being much bigger then Rigo.

Yup, and thats because Donaire was holding his shots. Rigo P4P is a more explosive puncher then Floyd.

I said Rigo was good, but to say he is the best fighter of your lifetime? My response was correct to question your age. Does Rigo show great promise and skill? Yes. But 12 professional fights and now he is a better boxer that Floyd. Show some respect. Your thread and question should never have been asked.

Don't forget at the lower weights Floyd was known as a power puncher.

BINGO!!! I can't believe anyone in their right mind believes Floyd has more pop than Rigo. If you have a set of eyes, you'd realize that's the 1 CLEAR advantage Rigo has over Floyd, is power, everything else is equal, but Rigo is sharper with his technique, and has more craft to his game.

Rigo is a 90th level Tiger style master counter puncher, with a bazooka attached to his arm.

Rigo set the tone from the jump, and dictated the whole fight like a BOSS.

                    He's THAT good.....

P4P??? Ni99a I think Rigo punches harder than Floyd even without considering weight classes. LMAO.
