Flashy speed, not concussive speed. I don't put that much stock into the kid. He has solid fundamentals, and nice defense, but seems physically weak. Not a knock on him, but something about him, I don't trust.

Gary Russell isn't ready for this yet, even though he has 10 more fights. He hasn't fought anyone of quality at this stage.

Russell Jr is a talented young prospect but hes not ready. Two yrs from now its a great fight.

I give Russell jr a good chance in that fight. He's underestimated IMO.

I was going to come in here to say this fight would be all about speed.

If Rigondeaux-Donaire put some guys to sleep, this would put them to death

It would be a straight up 100% pure boxing match and i'd watch every second of it without blinking. After that schooling he gave Donaire, no way i'd miss a Rigondeaux fight again.

GRJ would be good (being a southpaw and all) until those brittle hands fail him. Rigo by decision after being down early.
