He gave every excuse in the book after the loss. How about, "I can't fight inside."

Very disappointing performance from Donaire. I thought he was going to control the distance battle and he was made to look ordinary. At that point it was up to him to get inside and try to chop away and he had no shot.

Truer words have never been typed up on BScene.

Good thing Rigo got the bad chin tho. Imagine what he would've done to Donaire if he had a good chin.

Donaire won 2 rounds max. Even the round where he caught Rigondeaux, when Rigondeaux got up, he did the better work for the rest of the round.

Donaire try to jump on him n was getting counter easily, even the knockdown was weird seem to me like Rigondeaux heard a break n the ref didnt jump in, n was caught with his hands down, Rigon jumped back quick n was ready to **** right after

the 12th round could of been 10-8 for Rigondeaux

That is exactly how I seen it!

I gave him the 7th as Rigondeaux didn't throw anything & the 10th where he scored the knockdown only for Rigo to get up and beat him senseless.

Yup lol, when I heard 113-114, I was like wtf...

So sad, the fix was in but Rigo dominated him so bad there was no way they could give it to donaire.

My wife said it best that even though rigo dominated the scores were made closer during the "recount" so later casuals can see it and think Nonito just lost a close fight.

This guys a clown. First he claims a shoulder injury then claims he struggled to make weight then he was distracted with the birth of his child, Robert Garcia wasn't training him etc etc
                    Now this..

                    Talk about a sore loser.

It was close. I don’t think he won the fight… I want a rematch. But he did well,” said Donaire, who nursed a cut in the right eye after getting tagged with a straight left by Rigondeaux in the 12th round.

“It was ******. I got careless and got caught,” added Donaire. “We made a mistake. I made a mistake. I didn't study the fight, and I should've."
I agree. It was pathetic. I thought he would have a tough time, but would win. Props to Rigo for proving a lot of people wrong.

Accept your loss like a man. El Chacal is a better fighter than you, plain and simple. Deal with it and move up to FW.
