Nonito's power comes from his left hook BUT like I said, it was rarely available due to Rigo being a southpaw, his shoulder rolls then combine it with his movement and countering it made for one long night for Nonito

Robert Garcia is a world class trainer and probably forgot more about boxing then I will ever learn, but all he was saying was to get busier and throw more than one punch.

The problem is Rigo is so accurate with his counters and consistently beats you to the punch. It's not as easy as increasing your output and trying to outwork him.
