I swear Donaire was actually scared ****less in that ring with Rigondeaux, this guy could end up legendary after it's all said and done and what a way to break through with a completely dominating performance over 2012's Foty.Comment

Hit and don't get hit is the name of the game. For the boxing purist this was a beautiful boxing chess match put on by Rigo...For the people who think this was boring, i'm sure the Bum Fights series on Youtube will be better suited for you.Comment

LOL i keep reading posts like 'Donaire beat himself by not throwing enough' and 'Donaire should have fought with more intensity'...
If Donaire had opened up anymore, he would have woken up in hospital next week.
To all you trolls out there hyping up Donaire because he beat a semi retired Nishioka and Arce..

I was at the fight. Generally, it wasn't a great boxing crowd...but Radio City is also a bad boxing venue. The set-up was awful, and even the video screens had everything backwards...if you were watching the screens, you would have thought Donaire was fighting southpaw. Top Rank did a terrible job of presenting the package. It was a fight that was much easier to appreciate on TV...watching it on HBO this morning was a very different experience. Nice venue for a kick-line, but terrible for boxing.Comment

Still shocked at how easy Rigo made that look. No excuses on Nonito's part. He plain had no answers and badly needs to reevaluate where he stands after that fight. That was some beautiful boxing.
On a side note I absolutely loved how beautiful those opening shots at the beginning of round one were with the angle placement crowd roaring behind em. It was bad a$$
Either way Team Rigo had it right all along.Comment
ud motha***as whos the real deal now lol Rigotards where right!
