The Peterson fight was the biggest sham in boxing history. Everything about it. The ref, the point deduction, the judges cards, the steroid use and the consequential failed drug test.

If ever a fight was a nailed on certain NC it was khan Peterson. However, the corrupt IBF supported the drug cheat.

Pretty much this, I don't give that drug cheat any credit for a tainted win over Khan, even with his drugs, ref, hometown, judges and shenanigans going on in his hometown he still couldn't put away a chinny khan SMH.

theres no denying khan got beat handily that night. ringside, watching khan running like an illegal from the INS was spectacular. laughing in the face of that lame khan army with steve francis and the rest of the crowd was something i'll hold near and dear to my heart.

Boxrec can only report the official winner. Everybody has to make up their own mind about who they think actually won the fight. I thought Peterson deserved a close win over Khan and the ref had a right to take points away from Khan. Khan totally ignored about 40 warnings to stop pushing. Peterson scored a knock down that he was not given credit for and he took the fight to Khan. If you think Khan won by three points you have ever right to think so. I thought Pacquiao was a close winner in his third fight with Marquez and I know I am in the minority of fans that think Pacquiao won. I make up my own mind and I pay no attention to the official verdict or what the majority of fans think. I thought Matthysse clearly beat Judah and Alexander. I don't try to change other people's opinions on who won fights because they already have their minds made up.

so people complain about runners then say khan beat Peterson clearly? The way he fled from Peterson in that fight was disgraceful. Disgraceful and embarrassing. He lost rounds just based on the work he did early (don't forget he got gifted a knockdown early but stans always forget this) and the vast difference in what the rounds looked like late. Peterson also was ordered to take testosterone by a doctor which he still takes legally, the reason it was called illegal was because he didn't inform the commission prior.
