That's not how it works. When a TR fighter fights on another promoter's card for a set amount of money, Arum is due some contractual minimum, so in effect the fighter pays him. When the fighter fights on a TR card, he gets paid by Arum some agreed upon guarantee + upside, Arum keeps the rest of the profits. The fighter doesn't then give the promoter some fraction back, that's ridiculous. That's called a loan, and is separate from a fight purse.
