        Definately Pacquiao.
I'm a fan of both but Pacquiao has done a lot more, even though Marquez knocked out pacquiao

Probably Pac, due to enormous popularity & style. But their stories are not quire finished yet so lets wait and see before coming to conclusions. Their tales will be intertwined, thats for sure.

The story hasn't fully played out yet but I think it's safe to say Pacquiao.

he was boring mid years when he didn't have agrressive opponents.

but when he was young and in recent years he's been more aggressive.
That's true, but Pac's NEVER been boring. Mosley made the fight boring with Pac.

Because Pac's refusal of drug testing will always be a dark cloud over some of the best years of his career.
Floydiots don't think logically. What about Floyd failed tests on 3 occasions then?

I'll give him Barrera, Clottey, Hatton, Cotto. But Pacquiao's resume is pretty suspect after that. Morales? He lost to him, then beat him AFTER Raheem beat him. Margarito? Beat him after he was coming off 1.5 years off+a TKO loss to Mosley, who Pacquiao clearly ducked in 2009-2010. Mosley? See previous sentence. Diaz? Weakest champion at 135. De La Hoya? Weight drained, but that was not Pacquiao's fault.
Remember Floyd best wins were against Oscar, Hatton, Mosley, Cotto and Pac beat them shit out of them. Remember also, Pac beat Marquez 2 times (actually it should be 3 times) already without the weight cheating.

Faked his retirement to duck prime young Cotto, Mosley and Margarito.

                    Pac > JMM > ? > ? > ? > ? > Floyd

However, Marquez will always be remembered as his Daddy.
