Yeah and in an interview just this week I think he said his first choice was to fight Pacquiao again to prove everyone wrong. You can still tell it's bugging Bradley and he desperately wants to fight Pacquiao, plus it gives him more money.

Marquez is content with his financial situation and is looking for Bradley for legacy. Marquez putting Manny to sleep again will do nothing to his legacy as its clear Marquez has proven to be superior to Manny by not only out boxing him, but knocking him the F out even while giving Manny a weight advantage and under Manny's terms.

Marquez has proven time and time again in their matches that he is the technical one of the two who can make adjustments. Manny will never KO Marquez. Marquez has his number. This wasn't their first fight and then Marquez out of no where scored a lucky right hand. He has been studying Pacquiao for YEARS. We have to wait and see where Manny is mentally when he is back in the ring. I definitely feel like that hand took a lot out of him including his confidence.

If you guys for any second feel that Manny doesnt have some doubt about this fight you are crazy. The mere question of "what if I get knocked out again" has to creep into his mind.

It made huge bank. He was force fed that other guy, damn his name slips my mind, remember Marquez knocked him out too BEFORE THE PACQUIAO FIGHT!!!!! Arum was takling about a 5th fight while pacquiao was on the damn floor without his faculties.

I mean we as fans dont even know when Pacquiaos contract is up, thats how much control Bob Arum has. I wouldnt really call Manny ******, even though I dont like hiS STYLE OF FIGHTING IMO, but poor people from humble backgrounds are very loyal (thats a good thing) and remember Arum has made him rich even though he really should be alot richer than he really is.

Manny remembers his life prior and now he can get anything he wants in life.

I really think Manny could do and promote himself though.....

But for the record Manny did not give Marquez rematches. Bob Arum ordered them and he knew Marquez wanted them and would do anything including signing with top rank to get the fights with Pac, So MANNY OFFERED MARQUEZ NOTHING!! HE HAD NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER AT ALL!!!


ONE THING I HAVE WONDERED ABOUT THOUGH IS HOW WOULD THIS SAME SITUATION PLAY OUT IF FLOYD KNOCKED OUT MANNY, WOULD HE (MANNY) GET A CHANCE TO REDEEM HIMSELF, OR SAY MANNY KNOCKED OUT FLOYD??

WOULD EVERYONE WANNA SEE A REMATCH??? Or would the respective fans simply say my guy won, no need for a rematch.

And for the record I dont wanna see a rematch, and if I have to see one, make it competitive. All warriors deserve to go out on their shield. I would hate to see pac go out because he really hadnt recovered from that KO from Marquez. We saw how Hatton was after the Floyd fight, he was almost knocked out again.

So let him fight a live dog, and if Pac struggles have him call it a day before he really gets hurt. There is already talk of parkinsons disease and such.

I can dislike a fighter, but that doesnt mean I wanna see them in bad shape in a few years all because blood thirsty fans wanted more and more blood...... Plus if Manny pulled off a miracle and knocked out Marquez, there would be a 6th fight, as marquez fans would now be acting like the pac fans in this post.

But this Marquez fight vs Bradley will probably happen as it puts Bob in a good position. This is not checkers this is chess, and if Bradley beat Marquez, arum makes bank and has a back story for Bradley VS Manny. Bradley has a questionable win over manny and beat the guy that knocked manny out.

I could see that playing out lots of drama, and if Marquez wins, he now has Pacs belt and has beat the guy that beat manny. And to the guys talking about PPV numbers 500K is damn good!!!!!!

Stop looking at it as if this is the last fight for marquez and as if he cant fight pac after Bradley or vice versa. The best thing to do right now is give Manny a fight that makes him look like a monster..... Build his confidence, play the crowd with the old manny is back mantra..

Its ammusing how Marquez says there will be no 5th fight with pac.....when he finally wins one....Pac gave him 4 fights winning 2 drawing 1 and losing 1 (being the last)

Anyway I think I would prefer to see Marquez vs Alverado or Rios..

marquez know before the hit, he was getting his ass whooped, the dude was bleeding so much, pac was really looking vicious. I agree with marquez, why give pac a 5th fight? most likely he will lose as pac will respect his power this time. as a man marquez has let himself down, pac gave me 2 further chances after winning when he could have not

Because Pacquiao was winning and there was controversy over Heredia's involvement, Marquez's sudden upsurge in one punch power and the lack of drug testing. Also, the fourth fight was actually entertaining FOTY candidate.

The better question is why anyone wouldn't want see a 5th fight. A fifth fight does crazy numbers.
