Is Baldomir the worst champion of all time?

Come on be for real. Carlos Maussa is far worst than Baldomir. Just because you are no longer a Judah fan doesn't mean you have to be blind to the fact Maussa is worst than Baldomir. Baldomir looked better in his fight with Judah than Maussa will ever look in any fight.

The only reason these two are or were champions is because both Harris and Judah are dumb for not taking thier fights serious.
