How are you defining Europe?

I don't expect people to know what sets the boundary between Europe and Asia, but most people should be aware that part of Russia is located in Europe from geography class.

Europe is generally divided from Asia by the watershed divides of the Ural and Caucasus Mountains, the Ural River, the Caspian and Black Seas, and the waterways connecting the Black and Aegean Seas.
