I'd say no. What do you say?

In terms of the physical dangers no. Ortiz catches you clean you are in trouble. I think Guerrero will nut up more than Ortiz did and not look for ways out of the fight though.

I don't think the Ghost will be tougher head to head to Ortiz. What I believe this Floyd will be less than that Floyd. So the fight will be tougher because of Floyd's age an inactivity as opposed to the fight being tougher because the Ghost is better.

I hear you, although I'd say Ortiz was not backing down from Mayweather. He kept coming. Whenever Ortiz was able to move forward and keep Mayweather from pushing him back, he had some luck. Til this day I still feel cheated that fight ended in 4. It was getting interesting and if Ortiz could have kept from being broke down mentally and fight like he fought Ortiz, it would have been a VERY interesting fight because Floyd would have had to respect his power.

No, Floyd had to respect Ortiz's power, he won't have to be as cautious with Ghost. I say Guerrero has some decent moments early but once Floyd times him up its game over.
            Floyd by wide UD.
Guerrero gets 18 month prison sentence early next year.

The Ortiz fight ended quickly because of Ortiz, he only has himself to blame. But let's say Ortiz was not such a hot head with his headbutts and fought normally, I would think Ortiz would be a tougher opponent throughout 12 rounds than Guerrero. I mean physically.

But realistically speaking, unless Guerrero gets knocked out in under 4 rounds, which I don't think Floyd has the power to do such a thing to any one at WW-JMW, Guerrero should do better than Ortiz.

Mosley badly hurt Floyd in round 2.

Round 3 Floyd damn near jogs out of his corner and jumps right on Shane. He would not have respected Ortiz's power.

I don't even understand how anyone could ask such a question, Ortiz may have the better physical attributes, but Guerrero's determination, mental strength, workrate, versatility, I'ma say it again...versatility makes him the tougher fight. That said Floyd wins this, I see him landing too many clean shots in close and probably even stopping Guerrero.
