U can clearly tell u never actually boxed, or hit the heavy bag. That isn't slow , it seems slow on film. In person seeing that is a whole different story.
Let me keep raggin u, prize fighters don't go all out on heavy bags during training camp as well, ever heard of, "leaving the fight in gym?" (probably not).
It means you don't waste "all" of your energy and tire yourself out completely. It's more about the form, position, & posture behind the punch rather than brutally pounding on a leather bag of sand, they leave that for the actual fight, ergo "don't leave the fight in the gym!"
