Of course he can throw a jab, nobody said he couldn't, what matters is what he does in real fights and he has the habit of only using his right hand as a range finder.

I know boxers can "jab" but some of them don't "look right" when they do it. Rigo's jab going by this video looks better than it previously did earlier in this career. But like you said, he doesn't "really" use it. Idk why cause it's looking good.

It would be the most amazing thing ever and he would KO Rigo in the first round.

cosmo is a beast. he spars hard... dont want anything to land on accident.

It's ok to spar bigger guys than you but in this case... It would be dumb as hell. Not much purpose sparring a MMA guy IMO if YOU'RE the one preparing for a fight. But if he was the guy then it would help.

As you can see Rigo can actually jab I just dunno why he doesnt use it. If you watch the fight vs Landeros he's being pretty aggressive and jabbing real good too. Of course the fight ended quick as hell tho.

Sounds easy doesn't it? But not as easy to execute. And the reason he's been countered with left hooks is cause of him trying to be fancy. Plus that lazy range finder junk can play more against you than if you throw an actual jab.

He is very prone to leaving his right side unprotected, sparring and in real fights. Whether people catch him is the other issue, but yes he will get tagged if he jabs a lot. What makes him hard is that he has good timing and boxes. If he was to box and throw a lot of jabs, fighters time that and counter. Donaire would lick him up with his excellent left hook.
