                      Reaction exercise. I did this all the time with my team when I competed. Our coach would have us do this for 3 rounds each and then full contact right after. Has no one ever competed or been to other gyms that did this? It's not rare at all. I'm wondering how man people here have actually ever boxed in their lives.
