C'mon, how many of those are hype fights? How many of those were FOTY candidates? I'll give you Cotto, but Cotto is a gem on his own. Lopez & Garcia were both put in there to lose. Mares-Moreno & Broner-Demarco were good fights, but not FOTY candidates, maybe Mares-Moreno, but they got blown out by the TR fights. S#it, Donaire vs. Mathebula alone was more memorable. I'm not saying GBP is whack, since they can put up good fights (Maidana vs Morales/Ortiz), but they are so far apart that from a fan's perspective GBP looks like they are just talking about putting on a good show for the fans, while TR is putting on good shows for the fans.

Stop! Rios v Alvarado ok but Provo was put in there to lose. No one saw that coming abd if you say you did your lying. Ill even say that Alvarado was put in there to lose to "hype" Rios up. Other than that...

After April 13th we will see what TR is doing. In the meantime this main event 4 rounder this weekend on HBO is crap.

But Mares has been a showtime fighter his whole career. I don't remember if he ever had a fight on HBO, I don't think so. The GBP 3m offer involved SHO, AFAIK
