Ranking the best fighters pfp. is a matter of personal opinion and can't be proven unless two fighters are the same size and fight each other. Donaire can't fight Mayweather, Marquez, Martinez or Ward. My opinion is that Donaire is the best pfp. fighter in the world and he will strengthen his place as the best in the world with a KO over Rigo. Rigo is also a very good fighter but not yet in the top 10 pfp.
