I think I agree with everyone saying that GBP might be regretting "their power move".

What's Showtime gonna do when they have to pay Mayweather all this money but Mayweather doesn't draw as much as they thought he would? Then on top of that they have to pay all the other fighters. Paying Broner, Canelo, Thurman and Mayweather (to name a few) won't come cheap.

HBO was more than good to GBP...come on..they aired Broner vs Rees. You can't slap the big boys and think they'll turn the other cheek Richard. GBP got a ton of money for fights that were not worthy of premium cable.

Lol @ people arguing about which has better shows. We all know Breaking Bad on AMC is the GOAT. HBO and Showtime are useful for boxing and that's about it. Everything else can be *******ed seconds after it airs.

Boxing is just a bonus for most HBO subscribers. It's not the main show they pay subscription for. A friend of mine have it because of Bill Maher.

I don't know a lot of folks owning a SHO subscription.
