Did they actually thinkg Canelo-Lopez farce was going to get top priority over Chavez Jr.-Martinez?

Chavez Jr. had a monster year for HBO in 2012. Just look at the stats. They were going to match him up with a legit champion in Martinez.

Any real boxing fan would tune into watch that fight instead of the farce that GBP tried to feed everyone by giving Canelo a 140 lber...

Seriously It proved to be a success based on the PPV numbers. I think it did like 400 K or something.

Schaefer isn't serious about healing the rift with TR, he's just trying to prove to everyone GBP are the good guy. It's like when you split with your girl and she tries to tell all your friends in common what a bad guy you are to gain public sympathy. Schaefer does sound a little concerned and somewhat in a panic about all of this. HBO is the leader in premium cable and to go against them is difficult.
