        Nope

I'm loving the people going crazy, slating Spadafora for "bragging" when what he actually said is that he was close to a fight, so was in shape and sharp, while Mayweather wasn't preparing for a fight

Spadafora is a good dude that made mistakes

As people age they should become wiser or worst stay the same. I shared the ring with Paul back in the day and have watched his career go nowhere and that's becasue he had a demonic spirit following him and on his back and until you break that demonic spirit, life will be a living hell. Although he beat me, I have always wished the best for him. I'm even better because of my lost to him. This kid still have mad skills inside that square and when on his game will be hard to beat or look good against for any top fighter. Even today! He's still relavent

I think you're not only a bit wrong mate, but utterly deluded. Spadafora was about to fight. He was in absolute peak condition and about to fight, and he then got to spar Floyd too. Floyd was out of condition and in between fights not training. You can see he's not really trying. Spadafora is treating it like a real fight nearly, Floyd is just doing some light work. It really doesn't matter though. It's sparring! It's just basic training. It's not an actual fight. He's not thinking much about it. They do it day in day out. He could have been working on something, he could have not given a **** that day....but one thing is for certain. Spadafora was about to fight and was in top shape. Floyd wasn't and was doing some basic off season light sparring.

It means less than nothing. How is this still being talked about? How does a guy get more famous for a four round sparring session against an out of condition boxer than he does for his entire career put together? Because of douchebags like you that keep bringing it up because its one of the few things that you can hold against him.

It's sparring! How often does cross training or off season training get talked about in other sports? ****ing never! You know why? Because it means jack ****. The only thing that does matter is what happens in the ring on fight night.

It was the F'n superbowl for Spadafora...Mayweather couldnt really care less....If it was a real fight and Mayweather had his beloved undefeated record on the line, you could bet your ass hed be mentally prepared in advance to come in there and dominate the way he does. Boxing is mental.
I agree with most of what you say, especially the mental part. But it doesn't sound like Spadafora is bragging. In fact it sounds more like he's saying exactly what you're saying.

Theres nothing on the line for the better fighter. Hes just working on things and not necissarily about winning every round decisively. Theres much lesser killer instinct and adrenaline involved than in a real fight in front of an audience that will go on your permanent record. This guy needs to stop talking about it...Look at Floyd and look at him. Its like some guy saying "I played in a pick up game against Lebron James and made a jump shot!!"...Even though Lebron wasnt really trying or cared at all. My avatar is me sparring with Bryant Jennings. I know Im his sparring partner. Im proud to help out, but I know it isnt the real thing. Just the same, when I spar with guys a few notches below me, they need to realize that too. Spadafora is like some high school kid who made out with some girl at a party and goes around telling everyone they did it...its sad and pathetic. He needs to get a life and get a meaningful win on his actual record sometime before he turns 40.
Did you read the article? or just run to the comments section? The man was asked a question that he gets asked a lot, and answered it. he has spoken on this before, and always had the same stance. it was a sparring session. it doesnt mean ****. he doesnt even like when people bring it up or make a big deal out of it, and he is ALWAYS respectful of Mayweather. Even in this very interview. It's easy for you to say he needs to move on and get a life, but they aren't asking you any questions or doing interviews. they are doing it with him. Maybe a greater man would just say "no comment" when asked, but he chooses to answer. and he answers humbly, and respectfully in regards to sparring. he doesnt blow it up like some big f***ing deal. "it was a sparring match, i was in shape, he wasnt, sometimes i get bested in sparring. its nothing." is what i get from this interview. i guess because i actually read it.

If someone asks you how a sparring session over a decade ago went, say I dont remember, no comment. It was just another day at the office. I wasnt totally coming down on Spadafora, but this article is only his most recent commentary on the event. A few months ago he was calling out mayweather for a fight saying he beat him in sparring. Its not like hes humble and honest about it all the time. Literally, I dont know how you could not remember the articles posted on here after Mayweather got out of jail. Spadafora was calling him out and acting like he was ducking him. I read the article in its entirety. You apparently arent aware of the entire situation.
